I’m a Senior Full-Stack & Backend Engineer with over **10 years of hands-on experience** building scalable systems, robust backend architectures, and production-grade mobile and AI-powered applications.   Architected and led backend for a Kickstarter-style donation platform supporting payment flows, orchestration layers, microservices, and internal automation systems.

- **HSF.net — Program Management Platform (HSF)**  
  Played a key role in modernizing and expanding HSF’s internal program management platform used by scholars, staff, and program administrators.  
  Improved workflows around scholar applications, onboarding, case management, backend automation, and cross-service integrations.  
  Enhanced backend reliability, API performance, and infrastructure-as-code deployments across multiple environments.

- **Broadcast Center (HSF)**  
  Designed and Implemented high-volume SMS/email broadcasting.

- **Montara — Workforce Intelligence Platform**  
  Contributed to a high-scale workforce analytics and intelligence platform, focusing on backend microservices, data pipelines, and infrastructure.  
  Worked on ingestion flows, complex access-control models, and performance-sensitive APIs that supported enterprise workforce planning and organizational insights.

- **Enterprise-Grade Mobile SDKs (Medallia)**  
  Designed, built, and scaled mobile SDKs from the ground up—used by **400+ enterprise customers** worldwide.  
  Delivered robust offline/online workflows, real-time event capture, crash-resistant architecture, and cross-platform implementations (Kotlin, Swift, React Native, Cordova, and more).
