Established by SRI under the sponsorship of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the Risks Forum is perhaps the single most comprehensive anthology of computer-related mishaps. A worldwide, online dialogue on risks to the public in computers and related systems, it is heavily involved in issues such as human safety, privacy, ethics, and legal responsibility.
