Actual behavior

when the database used was postgres the connector service scheduling was interpreted as Asia/Shanghai not respecting TZ env so the scheduling was offsetted

Expected behavior

connector service use TZ env when performing inquiry to the Postgres Database

Steps to reproduce

use postgres Database and set new Connector service
