Explicit Protocol

You cannot delegate to AI what you cannot articulate.

You're moving fast, the stakes are real, and the gap between what you know and what your organisation can execute has never felt wider. Our approach enables sharp decision making with confidence.

Isa spent 15 years inside global tech: Twitter's first hire in Germany, leading teams and building institutional bridges at Google News Lab across Europe. Igor founded a consultancy, worked with 100+ organisations across three continents, ran it twelve years, and sold it.

LLMs and interfaces are interchangeable, your strategy shouldn't be. If that resonates, let's talk.

We don't replace your AI tools. We make them useful.
What the market builds
What Explicit Protocol builds
AI copilots trained on public data
Methodology that encodes your decision logic and your institutional memory
Dashboards to coordinate AI agents
The knowledge layer, so agents actually know how your organization thinks
SaaS platforms you rent
A Protocol you own and evolve on your own terms
Consulting reports that expire on delivery
A way of working where every decision compounds into the next
Tools locked to one AI vendor
Agent-agnostic infrastructure that connects to any LLM

Isabelle Sonnenfeld
Isabelle Sonnenfeld

15 years at the intersection of technology, media, and public policy. Twitter's first employee in Germany. Led Google News Lab across Europe, building the bridge between a global tech company and European media, policy, and civic institutions. Deep experience growing teams inside large organisations, running pan-European campaigns and navigating high-level, multi-stakeholder engagements. Every time, watching institutional knowledge evaporate. She decided to start building the decision system and knowledge infrastructure for organisations.

Igor Schwarzmann
Igor Schwarzmann

20 years building at the intersection of strategy and technology. Founded and ran a foresight and strategic design consultancy for 12 years, with 100+ client engagements across corporate, public, and NGO sectors, and in every one, the most valuable thing left the building with him. Then he tried to hand his methodology to an AI. It produced something that looked right but was wrong in every way that mattered, because the method had never been made explicit. That failure became the thesis. The thesis became Explicit Protocol.
