Isabelle Sonnenfeld

15 years at the intersection of technology, media, and public policy. Twitter's first employee in Germany. Led Google News Lab across Europe, building the bridge between a global tech company and European media, policy, and civic institutions. Deep experience growing teams inside large organisations, running pan-European campaigns and navigating high-level, multi-stakeholder engagements. Every time, watching institutional knowledge evaporate. She decided to start building the decision system and knowledge infrastructure for organisations.

Igor Schwarzmann

20 years building at the intersection of strategy and technology. Founded and ran a foresight and strategic design consultancy for 12 years, with 100+ client engagements across corporate, public, and NGO sectors, and in every one, the most valuable thing left the building with him. Then he tried to hand his methodology to an AI. It produced something that looked right but was wrong in every way that mattered, because the method had never been made explicit.
