Problem

There is no guided path for a new user to go from zero to a working NLS project. The first 15 minutes determine adoption.

Acceptance Criteria

• docs/QUICKSTART.md or equivalent
• Walks through: install → nlsc init → write a .nl file → compile → run → test
• Uses a concrete, non-trivial example (not 'hello world')
• All steps verified working on Windows, Linux, macOS
• Linked from README
