Describe the bug
The app doesn't change microphones even when we change it in the Dictation's screen. It only recognizes the system's default.

System Information

• Windows 11.
• 32GB]
• Intel Iris Xe.
• Intel i5-1345U.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Dictation' screen.
2. Click on 'Microphone' dropdown menu to choose a different one.
3. Click on '+ create note' (or another app) and try to dictate.
4. No text is typed or recorded with the chosen microphone.

Expected behavior
The app changes to the right microphone, activate it, it records the sound and it writes the corresponding text.
