Ug/mg is the unit option for amino acid and fatty acid instead of mg/g. Mg/g is more widely used and may be more appropriate; I was recording in ug/mg initially when I was capturing this data. This could be switched, as I believe Tim prefers mg/g, as the numeric value would remain unchanged.
You can filter data by different taxonomic levels (e.g., tribe, superorder), but the majority of data does not have an associated taxonomic classification beyond genus and family and will display as NA.
