The settings page should allow users to select their preferred language from an available list.
Regardless of the chosen language, each language option should also display its name in English for clarity.
If a user’s desired language is not yet supported, a GitHub link should be provided to invite them to contribute translations.
A separate Markdown document must also be prepared to explain how to participate in or contribute to translations.
