I have tried generating stl and slicing it in different Slicers but it all ends with more than 50 issues and holes near thumb cluster. Did anyone experience this?

STL looks fine, sliced version has a weird bottom and a hole as shown below. This is in PrusaSlicer. Similar received in Cura.
