Include a setting in Advanced settings called Send update every X minutes

When X number of minutes has passed, send a notification with the same behvaiour as if an event has occurred.

To help prevent abuse, like in the game chatbox should appear when the value is set at a threshold which would be considered as spam

Reasoning

This would be useful as a personal historic log of travelling around the game, almost movie style.
