I'm using the web tool, and the output is the same for both Thick and Thin Sleeved options for both Vertical and Horizontal, the only thing that looks to be changing is if Sleeved (any) or Unsleeved is set, as that will adjust the dimensions of the boxes and the folded gaps, but changing the thickness doesn't do anything.
