  1. feat: add UDP ASSOCIATE support to SOCKS5 proxy 

    Implement custom UDP ASSOCIATE handler that binds to the TCP connection's
local address instead of 0.0.0.0, fixing BND.ADDR issues where clients
cannot handle 0.0.0.0:port in replies. UDP traffic routes through
WireGuard tunnel via vt.Tnet.DialContext.
