“I had the privilege of hiring Sergei to join the development team for graphical ad serving and targeting at Yahoo! This is not an easy team to join...small, experienced and very senior. Most importantly, the product is very complex, highly optimized and low-level, resulting in 6 billion daily ad impressions with just a few hundred servers. Sergei jumped in head-first, learning the existing system, contributing almost immediately, and coming up with novel solutions of how we can improve our ad inventory quota management service. Best of all, Sergei always has a great attitude, a great team player who loves challenges, and always exceeded my expectations.”
