2. Free service. You may have recieved the voucher, to use described service for free. In this case you rights are limited on the goodwill of the service partner. Approving of the order means for the voucher user where is everything good so far with the order, we will show your banners.

3. Payed service. You may pay for the service. In this case the "service partner" works as freelancer, who takes care about your issue in the information branch. The contract starts after filling out the order form and after successfully payment. Electronic bill online is agreed. The bill will be updated with the order handling status. "Approving" of the order means we confirm the reciept of payment, we will show your banners. Please save the invoice and the secret bill link immediatelly after recieving, as you would do it in the supermarket. We do not notify you by e-mail about status updates.

4. Order handling. In case of too many orders in the queue it can happen after approving, you must wait untill the first-in-first-out orders handling is done and your order is good to go. Paying users have the priority according the payed price. The highest price has the order handling priority. Order statistics is not the information, what must be keept as secret by service partner.

5. You business data. Service partner collect only the data, you entered in the order form. No third-party-cookies will be set by this procedure. You data may be used by service partner and his helpers in the law sense to normal business issues to verify your identity and asking the questions alongside of the business issues. Normally we have to check your given data. On the mass market we can accept trash business data as data of unknown mass market customer, if where are no doubts on legitime aims, you could have by using our service or on the copyrights. Please be sure, you use a secure device to keep the individual automatically generated invoice link with your data in secret. You agree with the saving of the billing data on the external rental server, the service partner may use to clearly separate the technology from business or charity administration.

6. End and termination of the contract. Service partner can decline your order, especially if where are doubts on the copyrights or on your information aim. The contract ends authomatically after showing the ordered amount of the banners. The another regulations are unnecessary.

8. Law and trust. Applicalible law is the german common law. Court stand is defined by Wuppertal, Germany. Please note the over-the-law-emergency state in Germany since years. The authorities have had lost their legitimation. Because of that, this sentences are unfortunatelly a law placebo as it happens in all crisis regions. We handle this contract with a maximum freedom on the private authonomy, so far possible. Reparations for eventuelly damages, what you theoretically could have because of using or the services of the service partner or because of missing of service are stricly reduced maximum to the sum, you have paid. 9. Accuracy. You have to inform yourself and to use (free or cheap) examples before you order something by service partner in big dimensions. Please read the filling instructions in order form carefully.

10. Technical issues. From time to time the service partner may stop or pause the service or roll back the technical possibilities to the earlier stage for duration of some hours or in exeptional cases for some days without any notification. It can affect the statistics counters. In such cases please be patient, some questions are self clearified after short time.
