Resolved -
Everything is back to normal. There was a partial outtage related to AWS ECS and our GraphQL federation server that had communication issues internally.
It only affected the web app and all syncs kept on running without any issues.

Investigating -
We are currently experiencing issues causing slow or failed loading of the web application.
Users may encounter timeouts or be unable to access parts of the platform.
Data syncs and scheduled processes are not affected and continue to run as expected.
Our engineering team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Updates will follow shortly.
