  1. Ω · Jeanyoon Choi (2025)

    Medium
    Multi-Device Web Artwork (4 Displays, 1 Mobile)
    Venue
    Design Korea 2025

Ω is an interactive, multi-device web artwork that critiques the vectorisation of human identity, specifically the MBTI craze in Korea. Initially, the audience engages with a GPT-based MBTI test via mobile, constructing a cylindrical 3D vector space on surrounding screens. However, the experience shifts as phones are accidentally shaken. Realising that these tremors trigger glitches, users actively shake their devices until the ordered system tilts and collapses. This deconstruction captures shaken, low-fidelity images of the audience, overwriting the polished AI simulacrum. Ω thus acts as a playful disruption, reclaiming undefinable human subjectivity from the panopticon of algorithmic classification.

  2. MUESUM · Minhyeok Seo, Junyeong Im (2025)

    Medium
    Led wall, 3 '03 '' video, audio
    Venue
    KF XR Gallery

MUESUM is an immersive video work that allows experience of relation between endangered animals and humans.

  3. Goldilocks · Intae Hwang (2025)

    Medium
Real-time Participatory Data Artwork (Large LED Display, Sound)
    Venue
    KF XR Gallery

Goldilocks is a real-time participatory data artwork that explores the 'just right' equilibrium of our climate. By translating personal weather preferences into unique visual data units, the work maps a 'collective climate comfort zone'. Through a similarity-based spatial arrangement, it juxtaposes human desire with planetary reality, revealing the fragility of our ideal states while celebrating the resilience of collective hope.

  4. SoTA · Jeanyoon Choi, Euan Kang, SeJoon Park, Minhyeok Seo, Prof. Yiyun Kang (2024)

    Medium
    Multi-Device Web Artwork (4 Displays, 2 Projectors, 1 Mobile, 4 Channel Audio)
    Venue
    KAIST Art Museum

SoTA is an interactive XAI Multi-Device Web Artwork. Audience’s phone initially navigates a 3d visualisation of 118 neural networks; when they leave, all screens erupt into chaotic monochrome patterns, exposing AI’s drift from human comprehension toward “AI for AI’s sake”.

  5. Biosphere: JENGA · Minhyeok Seo, Junyeong Im (2024)

    Medium
Site-specific Projection mapping 4 '30" projection, Two Channel Audio
    Venue
KAIST E14 Main Building, Daejeon, South Korea

After a year-long collaboration with the KAIST Center for Anthropocene Studies, XD Lab presented two distinct projection mapping artworks: JENGA (Biosphere) and UNITE D'HABITATION (Technosphere), which poetically and immersively depict various aspects of the Anthropocene.

  6. Technosphere: UNITE D’HABITATION · Euan Kang, Intae Hwang (2024)

  7. Uncharted Territory · Prof. Yiyun Kang, Jeanyoon Choi (2024)

    Medium
Exhibited at the "Paris 2024 Olympic Games special exhibition" "Noli: jeux coreens"
    Venue
    Centre Culturel Coréen, Paris, Frace

Uncharted Territory is a web-based interactive artwork that symbolically represents various aspects of the Anthropocene.

  8. Passage of Water · Prof. Yiyun Kang (2023)

    Medium
in a collaboration with NASA and Google. Online web artwork and Offline site-specific installation.

Passage of Water is an immersive artistic experience that interprets historical data from NASA’s GRACE satellites and new high-resolution data from NASA’s SWOT mission to illustrate how climate change is impacting Earth’s water cycle.

  9. · Jeanyoon Choi (2023)

    Medium
    Multi-Device Web Artwork (4 Channels, 1 Mobile)
    Venue
Ars Electronica, Austria | Istanbul Digital Arts Festival, Türkiye

Nonequality is an interactive Multi-Device Web Artwork arguing that the world cannot be comprehended solely with equations.

  10. Only in the Dark · Prof. Yiyun Kang (2023)

    Medium
Site-specific Projection mapping 7 '00" projection, audio system, LED lightings
    Venue
ART ON THE MART, Chicago, Il, USA

ART on THE MART celebrates its 5th anniversary with a new commission by Dr. Yiyun Kang, esteemed artist in the field of projection mapping and immersive art. The work, titled Only in the Dark, responds to humanity’s environmental crisis and the unfathomable power and intelligence of AI technologies.
