Description
This patch fixes installation issues when running Bjorn on Raspberry Pi OS based on Debian 13 (Python 3.13), such as on Raspberry Pi Zero setups.
Changes:
Updated Pillow dependency to a version compatible with Python 3.13
Replaced deprecated libatlas-base-dev with libopenblas-dev
Adjusted Python dependencies to prevent build failures on newer Raspberry Pi OS releases
