After U.S regulators rejected the  Winklevoss twins' demand for a Bitcoin Exchange Traded Fund (ETF), the crypto once more shows its resiliency and hardiness, staying above US$8,000.

On Friday, July 27, the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disallowed the Winklevoss Bitcoin ETF leading the Bitcoin price to fall by almost 4 percent.

Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Cboe), one of the largest exchanges in the world, urged in a letter the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) to clear the way for Bitcoin exchange-traded-funds (ETFs) which are trying to join the financial market.  

First Crypto ETF, the world’s first exchange-traded fund for cryptocurrencies, will establish a Dash masternode and distribute the rewards earned through the masternode to First Crypto ETF token holders.

First Crypto ETF has announced it will give key investors the chance to have a say in the company. Any investor or group of investors who control more than 1.000.000 tokens can nominate an individual to become a member of the Board of Directors.

First Crypto ETF is to launch a pre-ICO before embarking on a full coin sale. This is the first ETF in the crypto-currency world, with First Crypto ETF be buying 10 cryptocurrencies with high liquidity and daily trading volumes. First Crypto ETF’s portfolio will include Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin as well as Zcash and Monero. Against this package, a token will be issued that can be traded on cryptocurrency exchanges worldwide.
