This PR adds a Mozilla Observatory (https://github.com/mdn/mdn-http-observatory/) connector, which uses the v2 of a public API (https://github.com/mdn/mdn-http-observatory/?tab=readme-ov-file#post-apiv2scan) to scan a host for security-related headers and scoring.
