…rmission issues, making it appear as if there were no audit logs, security signals, or CSM findings rather than surfacing the error. All fetchers now throw DataFetcherException on 403, consistent with the rest of the connector

Conflicts resolved by keeping our removal of the isForbidden 403 suppression,
which was introduced in main via the Datadog integration PR (Blazebit#125).
