Release update version 1.39.0 (#110) Release version 1.39.0 with updated changelog and supporting metadata. New Features: Add a use flag to the install command to control activating installed versions. Enhancements: Update fnm default so calling it without arguments returns the current default version. Build: Bump the Rust toolchain to version 1.88 and update package metadata for the 1.39.0 release.
