There's been a long-standing Wine bug that gives the wrong flags when building
vst_base. Historically, we've circumvented this manually for each Linux distro that has a problem.Recently #4108 has exposed a Gentoo install location that's guaranteed to change over time, so I've switched the logic to a search/replace which should scale better for the foreseeable future.
Closes #4108
