Evergarden

Violet Evergarden

Version Gemini CLI Extension

Evergarden is named after Violet Evergarden, the Auto Memories Doll from the anime series Violet Evergarden, whose duty as a scribe is to write, edit, and convey complex human thought, technical precision, and genuine intent without hollow filler.

Evergarden is a Gemini CLI Extension designed for technical engineering documentation, academic writing, research papers, journal manuscripts, editing, and humanization. It combines technical and academic documentation standards (NASA KSC-DF-107, ASD-STE100 Issue 7, IEEE Guide, academic publishing guidelines) with natural linguistic humanization rules. Evergarden eliminates AI writing tells, hollow inflation words, and em dashes while preserving underlying technical facts, academic rigor, and mathematical precision.

Installation

Install via the Gemini CLI:

Features

  • Technical and academic precision: Enforces modal verb usage (shall, should, will, must), STE noun cluster limits (maximum 3 consecutive attributive nouns), academic evidence structuring, and sentence-case headings.
  • Elimination of AI writing tells: Removes hollow inflation phrases, structural AI skeletons, and trailing participle phrases across technical reports, academic papers, and correspondence.
  • Zero em-dash enforcement: Replaces all em dashes ( and --) with commas, periods, or parentheses.
  • Distilled breakdown library: Includes 17 100-line cheat sheets covering grammar, sentence clarity, technical writing style, academic paper structure, STE rules, nominalizations, transitions, and passive voice decision trees.
  • Custom CLI commands: Provides built-in commands for targeted writing workflows.

Commands

Command Description
/humanize Removes AI tells, restores direct copulas (is, are, has), eliminates em dashes, and applies natural rhythm to technical and academic prose.
/technical-edit Reviews and edits engineering documentation and academic papers against NASA modal verb rules, STE noun cluster limits, and Williams sentence clarity principles.
/proofread Runs the 10-point pre-delivery verification checklist on document and paper drafts.
