S905D3 配置和 s905x3 同属 SM1 Family，只是比 s905x3 性能高一点，由于 khadas-VIM3L 已经在 mainline 支持，该提交仅包含构建配置，设备树来自 meson-sm1-khadas-vim3l.dtb，stable 内核已经包含。
类似 Khadas-VIM3，Armbian 官方本身已经支持 VIM3L，本提交是为了方便适配 FnNAS
