Prerequisites for first deploy: reCAPTCHA v3 keys must exist in SSM before cdk deploy. The setup script prompts interactively. See docs/INTEGRATION_MANUAL.md for the full Google registration walkthrough.

1. Add domain to amodx.config.json → tenants array
2. npm run manage-domains — request ACM cert, add DNS CNAMEs
3. Add domain to reCAPTCHA project (Google console → Settings → Domains)
4. npx cdk deploy — update CloudFront
5. npm run post-deploy — sync local env
