I am a senior software engineer living in amsterdam.
My career evolved around working on complex challenging problems that involved many aspects from the software development lifecycle:

• from infrastructure aspects: databases, kubernetes, terraform, ci/cd systems, AI inference engines, replication patterns, mqtt servers
• to everything in between: grpc, graphql, restful apis, wsdls, websockets, DSL's and so on
• all the way to the user interface: CLIs, desktop and web applications. All mostly in react and typescript and the huge ecosystem of tooling around
  
• and data engineering systems: data warehouses (parquet, iceberg, snowflake, bigquery), change-data-capture streaming pipelines, built semantic data layers from scratch

I consider myself a builder at heart.
