Merges separate build-macos and build-macos-x64 jobs into a single matrix job. Drops retired macos-13 (EOL Dec 2025); adds macos-26 / macos-26-intel (GA Feb 2026). Uses macos-15-intel for x64 builds. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <[email protected]>
