Tag for release of biosig4c++ v1.6.1

Bump version to 1.6.0

The ABI is changed.
  You need to recompile your application, even if you use dynamic library.

API change:
- field CHANNEL->PhysDim is removed.
	This is already deprecated for quite a while.
	Use instead the function PhysDim3(CHANNEL->PhysDimCode)
