Personal pi coding agent config.

This repo can clone right into your ~/.pi directory - no copying or symlinks required

There are some additional files in misc:

• plannotator/: Configuration for plannotator extension
• cli: CLIs that are mentioned in the system prompt. You want to put them somewhere on PATH, but I have them here as references
