This PR re-organizes the approach for printing out information from specparam objects. The general strategy is that instead of having potentially several print_xx methods per object, any object that prints will have a print object, and if there are multiple options of what to print, will take an input argument to specify what to print.

Included in this PR are some updates & re-organizations across string generation and reports.

ToDo / Check / Try:

• consolidate on having description input?
• Add option to add in parameter description in mode.print / modes.print / check_modes
• MODES: merge print and check_params (remove check_params)
