Fresh vcr cassettes and test fixes because of stale cassettes and support for running on the live api.

Does this create downloads? If so, at least that part should continue to use the UAT API.

I am trying to configure now to skip any downloads tests on live API. I can't find any tests that make a live download, but @CecSve can tell me if I am wrong.

I am pretty sure no tests makes downloads
