This is a large refactoring of GoMLX, where backends API is moved to its own repo in
github.com/gomlx/compute.simplegomoved togithub.com/gomlx/compute/gobackends.xlamoved togithub.com/gomlx/go-xla/compute/xla.And lots of other clean ups and improvements.
