This pipeline performs HLA typing from short read NGS data. Several tools are supported:
- xHLA (xhla)
- Hisat-genotype (hisat) Slow on anything other than targetted sequencing!
- Optitype (optitype)
- HLAscan (hlascan)
- HLA-HD (hlahd)
