理由
最近における国民の生命、身体、財産その他の利益の保護に関わる法令に違反する事実の発生状況等に鑑み、これらの法令の規定の遵守を図るため、公益通報者及び通報対象事実の範囲の拡大並びに公益通報者の保護の強化を行うとともに、事業者に対して公益通報に適切に対応するために必要な体制の整備その他の必要な措置をとることを義務付ける等の必要がある。これが、この法律案を提出する理由である。
