This repository contains the R package for the Project Prioritisation Protocol outlined in Joseph et al (2008).

1. Project Prioritisation Protocol R package, ppp folder: the R package.
2. Folder to store data, data.
3. Testing scripts, tests folder: a series of R scripts illustrating how the PPP works on real and generated data.
