I'm Tommaso Trotto, a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Integrated Remote Sensing Studio at The University of British Columbia. My main focus is on ✨ lidar and satellite ✨ applications to continuously monitor forest resources and update inventories in the Canadian boreal forests.
I started to develop tools for faster raster data processing, and am actively working on a library for lidar data manipulation! My primary programming languages are Python and Rust.
