Summary

  • Generated Carrion Crawler 3D mesh via Meshy API (5.9MB GLB, score 0.74)
  • Static mesh — Meshy auto-rig can't handle centipede body, but ASCII renderer idle sway provides motion
  • Canvas fallback preserved for slow GLB loads
  • renderOverrides tuned for chitinous body: brightnessBoost 2.0, charDensityFloor 0.10

Test plan

  • Fight Carrion Crawler on beta — should render as 3D ASCII instead of vague canvas blob
  • Verify idle sway animation is visible
  • Verify canvas fallback still works (throttle network, block GLB load)

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Static mesh (no bone animations — Meshy auto-rig can't handle
centipede body). ASCII renderer's built-in idle sway provides motion.
Canvas fallback preserved for slow connections.

renderOverrides: gamma 0.52, ambient 0.70, brightnessBoost 2.0,
charDensityFloor 0.10 — tuned for chitinous segmented body.
