- Split up thunx-spring into thunx-spring-api & thunx-spring-gateway
- Update dependencies of spring-boot starters
- Remove thunx-spring project (split into thunx-spring-api & thunx-spring-gateway)
These two implementations for two different servers have nothing in common, and make dependency management harder because almost everything is a compileOnly dependency
