Frontend React Native server for Starvy app

1. install node modules
2. Start the react native server
3. Build
4. Bundle the android

$ react-native start
$ npm install
$ npm run build
$ npm run bundle-android
$ npm run start

Then either run react-native run-android or use android studio to run the app.
