I check my Email the most out of all other communication methods, but I do also have other platforms that I check, though they might get checked less frequently.

I also have accounts on the platforms below, I don’t know why you’d use these to contact me but you can. Keep in mind however that the other contact methods would likely be faster, and if you use these platforms then there’s a chance I’ll miss your message (for a period of time at least)
